An interesting superficial treatment of the topic is presented by Dr. Lois Lorentzen in the article "Paradise Paved: Christianity and the Environment," Sojourners. November- December 2000, Vol. 29., No.6.
She asserts that Christian environmental stewardship has come a long way since Lynne White Jr.'s article in Science "The Historical Roots of Our Ecological Crisis" in 1967.
